Body Impedance Anaysis: uses scientifically derived methods to measure the relative amounts of muscle, water and fat in your body.
Fitness/endurance test: Determination of your endurance on the ergometer bicycle
Muscle and joint test: Measurement of the degree of freedom of your joints and the flexibility of your muscles

In a subsequent discussion we will explain the results and make recommendations for your training program.

Body forming

Body forming

A program of exercises derived from classical ballet which loosens and strengthens the deeper muscle groups without the need for expensive equipment. Exercises specially adapted for particular body areas aim to produce long, slim muscles.

Fat burner

Dedicated training of the stomach, upper leg and seat areas aimed at reducing cellulite and fat. The specially developed gymnastic exercises coupled with small weights attached to the hands and feet could be the ideal answer to your problem.

Hatha Yoga

Yoga is a tradition which has developed in India over the last 3,000 years. There are many different branches within the movement which are oriented towards the needs of different groups of individuals. One of these branches is Hatha Yoga. A series of body positions and movements together with concentration and breathing exercises free the body from blockages (e.g. muscle tension)

Qi Gong

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is a discipline of Asian breathing and movement exercises. The word is derived from the words for life force (Qi) and work (Gong). The flowing movements influence the body's energy fields. Qi Gong is for working men and women, who desire to replace lost energy.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan

This is an ancient Chinese movement discipline (shaddow boxing). Slow and flowing movements are performed in an upright stance. Tai Chi Chuan contains elements of healing gymnastic and meditation and aims at improving the harmony of body and spirit.

Water gymnastics

Gymnastic exercises performed in water are ideally suited as fitness training and sport for people of all ages who take their health seriously. It is also useful as a form of therapy for many different illnesses. The support of the water reduces the strain on the joints and the spinal column to a minimum. Water gymnastics developes the heart and lungs and strenghtens the muscles.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 09.00 to 10.00 a.m. in the swimming pool of the hotel.



Spinal training

Spinal training

With the help of experienced physiotherapists you will achieve a correction of imbalance in the spinal column and a careful increase in its mobility. Loosening and relaxation of the muscles, training in breathing techniques and an increase in your body awareness are taught in this course with the aim of helping you to move in a way which lessens the strain on your back.

Walking

The pace is fairly fast with a natural and healthy movement. This outdoor activity strengthens the arteries of the heart, improves the immunity system, increases metabolism and reduces fat. Walking relieves stress symtoms, improves slight depression, sleeplessness and muscle tension and slightly elevated blood pressure can be reduced or eliminated.

Body-Check Analyse

Nordic Walking

Nordic Walking uses special walking sticks to increase the training effect of normal walking. In addition to stabalising the body, the sticks have the added advantage that they reduce the strain on the joints by 30%. And finally, since the arms are also used, 90% of the muscles of the body are included in the training effect.
